Extensive facilities
TECCAM develops its activity in a 2,000-m2 shop, located in a suitable place within the Basque industrial area see map.
We have modern machinery, a 250-m2 technical department and specific area of 350 m2 for carrying out the dimensional control of the pieces.
Thanks to our machinery, know-how and the dimensions and versatility of our warehouse, we specialise in large dies, being able to produce pieces of more than 12 meters in length.

Technical Design Department
A team consisting of five highly qualified engineers with extensive experience in the planning and development of complex projects for multiple sectors.
We currently allocate a space of 250 m2 to the technical office, with up-to-date CATIA and TEBIS licenses.

Production Process
From the reception of the documentation by the customer to the final delivery of the piece, we develop the entire project according to the customer’s guidelines and own systems in which we perform the accurate control of each process in order to deliver the best product possible in terms of quality, deadlines, and cost.

Receipt of the technical documentation and planning of the project according to the customer’s standards and specifications.

Technical suitability of the project or generation of the 3D design of the piece. Preparation of machining programs.

Virtual simulation of CNC programs and material machining.

Sanding, finishing, identification, and shipment
Point-to-point transport
We carry out point-to-point transport in trucks only with our pieces to guarantee fast shipment, in perfect conditions.
The transport time to the foundries of our surrounding area is immediate, and in 2 days, we reach the main European foundries.
